It has been hard as a working mum to cater for childcare during the holidays especially with my eldest as she can become anxious, but when Dianne looks after them she feels safe and secure which is really reassuring for me and makes it easier to leave them. 
The girls say that they like it when they make slime as Dianne does the "best slime ever". They always have lots of fun and come home happy. 
Dianne has been flexible and has catered for my needs during the holidays as I do different shifts, which again has taken the pressure off. 
Dianne is very friendly, reliable, approachable and has good communication and listening skills.
Dianne really does care about children and their developmental needs and will do all she can to keep them safe, and give them the best start at happy feet.

She became a valued and popular member of staff who was conscientious and dedicated to the care of the children at our setting. Dianne is very caring, considerate, and passionate about keeping children at the forefront of everything she does. She has bags of energy, always looking for new ideas and and top of all this she enthusiastically runs the local Brownies. She truly is inspirational.
